Tracee Barden – Assistant Director

I attended the University of Southern Maine with a major in Social Work. After spending a year interning in Family Preservation, my work experience consists of 5 years as a behavior specialist in Rhode Island, 8 years working as a classroom integration specialist for children on the Autism Spectrum in VT, and 6 years working as an infant/toddler/preschool teacher in NH. I am also the mother of a one year old and a twelve year old. I believe children learn best through incidental learning and that giving them opportunities to lead, explore and discover the world through their own eyes is the most valuable gift I can give them.
